There are 8 Large, Very High Quality round cut Diamonds and 2 Large, Very High Quality baguette cut Diamonds added by Rolex and set in 18kt Solid Gold base markers.
Rolex uses Only VVS-1 in clarity and "F" in color Diamonds in their Dials.
NOTE: There is some very light "spotting" on the Dial. It is visible in the Photos.
